GIGI'S HALLOWEEN PUZZLE

This Halloween Puzzle was designed by my friend Gigi Rutkowski, a Wisconsin lady with a knack for creating Rebus puzzles.  As Halloween Puzzles go, this one is fairly easy.  Average is 15 out of 20.  Anything less, you clearly were not trying very hard.  Incidentally, I think this puzzle is perfect for a fun competition at a Halloween party.
